Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These include items purchased during clearance or promotional sales, products that have been used or are not in their original condition, and items returned after the 7-day return window.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
